1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Window

We want you to love your 925 sterling silver jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, or if you ordered the wrong ring size or chain length, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Free Return Pickup

Our courier partner will arrange pickup directly from your doorstep. The item must be in its original unworn condition with the security tag intact, in its original velvet box with the Certificate of Authenticity.

3. Quick Refunds

Once our assay workshop verifies the returned piece (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund is directly credited back to your original payment method or UPI account within 48 hours.
